Irish Gender Pay Gap legislation requires employers with 150 or more employees in to publish statutory calculations showing differences between earnings of men and women under a no. of headings. This is Cental’s first year submitting this data.
Cental’s gender pay gap report is based on data on June 28 2024. At this snapshot date Cental had 180 employees; 10 female and 170 male. The figures set out below have been calculated using the standard methodologies used in the Gender Pay Gap Information Act 2021.
The overall results are positive as demonstrated in the calculations with measures underway to bridge the gap for part time employees.
The industry Cental operates in is predominantly male and we proactively working on attracting more females to work in our company.
